Like the rest of the world, I watched the opening ceremony on Friday 08/08/08 and needless to say, it was AMAZING. I loved the fireworks and all of the shows that the people performed , especially the outfits. It was awesome that Yao Ming got to hold China's flag and the little boy who survived the earthquake and saved his friends. His story was the best part.
Absolutely beautiful. The people of China must be proud.
